Overview
Mentorship is at the heart of Saberos. As the Director of Mentorship & Program Development, you’ll design and oversee programs that connect students with mentors and create pathways through scholarships, leadership initiatives, and student support.
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking someone who is detail-oriented, strategic, and passionate about building nonprofits from the ground up. This role requires a balance of operational management and creative fundraising, with the ability to keep both the mission and the numbers in focus.
Interest in education, mentorship, or youth leadership
Strong planning and coordination skills
Ability to build relationships with students and professionals
Creativity in program development and evaluation
Commitment to equity and representation
