Director of Research & Impact

Impact requires evidence. As Director of Research & Impact, you’ll track Saberos’ programs and evaluate their outcomes to ensure we are creating meaningful change for students and communities.

We’re looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and committed to continuous improvement. You should be comfortable with data and passionate about making sure every program delivers on its promise.
Interest in research, evaluation, or data analysis
Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
Ability to design surveys, collect data, and track metrics
Desire to turn findings into actionable recommendations
Passion for equity-driven impact measurement
