At Saberos, Advancement & Operations means building the systems and resources that sustain our mission. As the Director, you’ll guide our fundraising, financial planning, and operational processes to ensure Saberos can grow sustainably and deliver lasting impact.
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking someone who is detail-oriented, strategic, and passionate about building nonprofits from the ground up. This role requires a balance of operational management and creative fundraising, with the ability to keep both the mission and the numbers in focus.
Interest in nonprofit operations, finance, or fundraising
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Comfort with data tracking, budgets, or grants
